Refund Policy

Our team at GamingVisuals works tirelessly to provide creators/streamers/gamers all over the world with digital graphics that are bound to take your branding to the next level. From hereon, we will refer to any kind of digital artwork we design as “graphics”. Since all of our products are digital and custom-tailored to our customers, we do not allow or offer refunds. Please take the time to carefully read and review all contents of both this refund policy and any available package to understand what’s included, before you decide to make the purchase.
 
About our satisfaction guarantee:
 
Although we don’t offer refunds, we have a clear revision system in place, which ensures you’ll be able to apply modifications to your design, if needed. Each order comes with a set of 2 free rounds of revisions. These revision rounds can be used to modify small elements of any graphics we design for you. Please keep in mind that these revisions do not cover conceptual modifications, such as adding new objects to the design or changing the logo type.
 
If you would like additional revisions beyond the amount included in your package, we charge a small fee of 10$ per revision. If we feel the revision is minor, we usually don’t mind doing it for free.
 
We are under no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
 
  1. You no longer want the graphics after placing the order.
  2. You bought it by mistake.
  3. The graphics did not meet your expectations.
  4. You simply changed your mind.
  5. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the graphics.
 
We strive to describe everything as accurately as possible. However, if we’ve made an error in the package listing description (or anywhere on the website), please keep in mind that we’re human just like you. If we’ve made a mistake, please reach out to us per email and we’ll be more than happy to make the situation right.
 
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or assumptions you’ve made that are not clearly stated in the package description. Buyer’s remorse can be described as having an emotional response after a purchase, such as feeling anger or regret. Again, if we’ve made any errors in the package description, we’ll be more than happy to make the situation right, but we don’t offer refunds if the custom graphics we designed for you simply “weren’t liked”.
 

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please understand that it might take some time before your refund officially appears in your bank account. Before contacting us, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If there’s still no sign of your refund and you’ve done everything mentioned above, please send us an email at [email protected] we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
