1. General Information
During the checkout process you will be able to choose between two delivery options:
– 3 Day Delivery (you will see the first preview of your logo within 3 days after the payment has been made.)
– 7 Day Delivery (you will see the first preview of your logo within 7 days after the payment has been made.)

If your project goes beyond the scope of what’s offered on the website, please reach out to us and we’ll make you a custom offer, where the delivery time will be discussed separately.

2. Delivery Instructions
Once your graphics/logo have been designed, we will send you an email with a secure link from which you’ll be able to download all relevant files included in your order. Please make sure to regularly check your email during the design process in case we reach out with some questions.

3. Delivery Costs
The 7-day delivery is automatically included in your order. If you do not pay extra for fast delivery when checking out, your order will be delivered within 7 days. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose the 3 Day Delivery option for an extra 9.95$. If this option is chosen, your order will be delivered within 3 days.

4. Updates regarding your order
During the design process, you’re free to reach out to us at absolutely any time to receive an update about your order. Feel free to get in touch either through the live chat on our website or email us at [email protected].

5. Final Delivery
When all graphics included in your order have been designed, we will place all graphics behind a secure Google Drive link and include the link in the final delivery email. If there’s something missing or you’re having problems downloading the items, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you within 1 business day. If you would like to change something in your order, please refer to our revision policy which can be found on https://gamingvisuals.com/refund
